Paella is a traditional Spanish rice dish that originated in the Valencia region. It is typically made with saffron-infused rice, vegetables, meat (such as chicken or rabbit), and/or seafood (such as shrimp or mussels).
Arroz con Pollo: This is another popular Spanish rice dish made with chicken and rice cooked together.
Fideuà: Similar to paella, but instead of using rice, it uses short noodles called fideos.
Caldero Murciano: A traditional dish from the Murcia region that resembles paella but includes fish and other seafood.
